My name is Victoria Wieberg. I am the second to youngest of eight kids. I went to Cole R-1 (Russellville) school from Kindergarten to 12th grade. After that, I went to Missouri State University in Springfield where I earned my BA in Early Childhood Education which certifies me to teach from birth to third grade. As soon as I received my degree, I came running back to the country where I belong! This will be my third year of teaching and I could not be more excited! This is technically my first year teaching kindergarten but I also did my student teaching and a few of my practicums in kindergarten. I plan to have multiple themes throughout the year but we are starting with a jungle theme. This is loosely based on the kindergarten savages from the Recess series.
I just got married on August 5th! I am really excited to be starting so many new chapters in my life! In my spare time(when I have any), I like to read, watch TV, organize things/be productive, and patrol Pinterest for new and creative teaching ideas.

Mrs. Diana Norris
I have been at Latham since 1996. 7th and 8th graders always keep me on my toes and I think this age group is very unique, fun, and rewarding.
I love reading because every book opens my world to new adventures and new ways to view the world. I love writing because it is a great way to express your thoughts, share what is in your heart, and show off your imagination. I enjoy history because it is made up of so many challenges and triumphs and it shows our students just how very far mankind has come. Science is intriguing and seems to be always changing. Experiments are always fun to make those science connections. Math is everywhere in the world and is used daily.
My family includes my husband, David, my daughter, Shalimar, and my 2 cats, Squatch and Butterscotch.
In my free time I like to read, write and watch MacGyver. I am also a huge fan of Star Wars and Star Trek!

It is a joy to work with the students at Latham School in art, library, and computer science skills. They enjoy learning new technology concepts and creating art work. Reading new books is a pleasure that we share. The students are always recommending new books that I need to read, and I return that favor for them.
My own children are grown, with families of their own. Visiting them, spoiling our grandchildren, traveling, and going to dances with my husband are some of my favorite activities when I am not teaching.
